Inside-Out Performance Training is strength and conditioning using CrossFit training methods and is designed to challenge the body in as many ways as possible to keep it from being able to adapt to its physical challenges. Our goal is to enhance an individual‘s (whether athlete, teen, stay-at-home Mom or Dad, business executive, etc.) physical competence in all fitness domains. Namely, Cardiovascular Endurance, Coordination and Agility, Power, Speed, Balance, Flexibility and, last but not least -- Mental Toughness.
Many people feel their greatest increase in fitness when they work with a personal trainer. Not just from training, but also because of the “motivation” a trainer brings to each session encouraging them to work harder towards achieving their fitness goals.
