"In the spring of 2006, I had the opportunity to have Joyce work with the team I coached...the University of San Francisco Volleyball Team. Joyce put together a boot camp type atmosphere for the athletes. I believe for many of them it was some of the hardest work they had ever done and yet because of Joyce’s positive attitude and great training regimen it was a huge success. The players on our team loved working with Joyce and embraced her style. "I believe it is an injustice to call your program just "physical conditioning". What those who are outside cannot see, is that your program has a much broader reach and it fits in perfectly with our philosophy. Your program provides Physical, Technical, and Psychological conditioning to our girls. One day, we should sit down to go over the features of your program and how it directly relates to what the girls are being exposed to during a soccer game. If you really think,
your work (like I said before), has a greater impact than just physical conditioning.
I hope this helps you in promoting your excellent program to other teams/clubs that can not get past the idea that only developing muscles is enough.
